How long are sessions and how long does treatment last?
Initial sessions are 60–90 minutes. Ongoing sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Treatment length varies based on individual needs and goals, and is discussed collaboratively after the initial appointment.

We accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA payments. Payments are processed securely through your client portal.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
No. All services are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
